I think I'm suffering from life-induced trichotillomania. At least today.
(But it must not be that bad of a case because I felt better when I started researching the semantics of the word - it's derived from the Greek word "tricho" meaning "to pull or pluck out." I'm still a nerd when I'm stressed out!)
